ARE is delighted to have Manisha back home in Giannini. Manisha Shah joins us as the Chancellor Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics. She is a development economist whose primary research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of applied microeconomics, health, and international development. She earned her PhD from ARE and also has an MSc in Development Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Development Studies from UC Berkeley.
