I am an environmental economics researcher studying climate, and air pollution policies. I study the efficiency, effectiveness, and equity consequences of environmental policies to cut global and local air pollutants. Ongoing projects examine the allocative efficiency changes of air pollution cap-and-trade markets, the effectiveness of carbon tariffs in reducing carbon leakage, and the air pollution and health effects of decarbonization pathways in the oil and gas sector.
