Revisiting Rules of the California Agricultural labor Relations Act: Should they be consistent with the National Labor Relations Act? Thursday, April 23, 1998, 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Berkeley: Directors Lounge, Institute of Industrial Relations, 2521 Channing Way. This session of the Bay Area Labor Studies Seminar will feature a presentation by Michael Stoker, Chairman of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board. Faculty, students, labor relations practitioners, union leaders, and others will have the opportunity to discuss with Mr. Stoker the ongoing review of ALRA regulations. The seminar is sponsored by the Institute's Center for Labor Research and Education, the UC Cooperative Extension Agricultural Personnel Management Program, and the UC Berkeley Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics.
