We honor the legacy of the late Professor Elisabeth Sadoulet (Betty) by establishing a named fund within the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics (ARE).
The new fund will carry forward Betty’s deep commitment to ARE graduate students by competitively supporting fieldwork in developing countries, enabling students to define and launch research projects for their doctoral dissertations in development economics.
