ARE Professor Francis Annan speaks at RCNR Holiday Reception for Emeritus Faculty

Professor Francis Annan gave a lecture at the Rausser College of Natural Resources Annual Emeriti Holiday Reception on Friday, December 12, at the Women’s Faculty Club. His talk focused on contracts and productivity and how upper and lower management in firms perceive the efficacy of contracts in inducing effort and participation by firm employees.  Professor Annan’s ongoing work examines financial markets, firm behavior, and government programs in developing economies, with a focus on how policy design can reduce inequality and improve welfare outcomes.
