ENROLLMENT QUESTIONS:  The short answer is that I as the instructor have no control over who gets into the course.  It is offered every semester.  A lot of people on the waitlist have made it in over the years.  Can't promise anything, though.

Attendance:  Since there is a long waitlist, we will drop anyone who does not attend the first two class sessions.
