Economists (IAAE). This is to be held in Sacramento at

Tim Wallace and Kirby Moulton will have emeritus status in November
1, 1997. It certainly will be tough for the Department to find
replacements! You can bet Tim and Kirby will still be working

Howard Rosenberg is teaching the EnvEcon 39 class this spring called
"Informing Critical Choices in the Use of Natural Resources."
Seminar will examine the major decisions, private and public,
that determine how our natural resources are managed and allocated.
