Industrial Organization of Agriculture and Food Markets

Reading Materials:

(1) Reader. Contains readings from Food and Agricultural Marketing Issues for the 21st Century, The Food and Agricultural Marketing Consortium, and Food and Agricultural Markets: The Quite Revolution, NPA #270, as well as other assigned readings.

(2) Case Studies manual.

(3) Lecture notes/Class handouts. These materials can be handed out during class, on website, or available at Copy Central for duplication. Students are responsible for securing a copy of these materials.

(4) Reserve Book Desk. A number of supplemental readings will be placed in the library Reserve Book Section. These readings are intended to provide more indepth background, particularly in case study discussions. Included in these readings will be the case studies which will be discussed in the final third of the class.
