Readings listed following each of the topics are available online with the exception of items marked with an asterisk, which are on reserve in the Giannini Foundation Library, and the Stern Review, paperback purchase at the ASUC store.

The grade will be based on some combination of exams and either problem sets or a paper, to be determined once enrollment is known.
