Course Announcements

August 30, 2008  The 2007 Final Grade Distribution has been posted.

September 12, 2008  To be crystal clear about the policy regarding the penalties for submitting late assignments, it is the following: "If a hard copy of the assignment is not in the stack collected in class, it is considered late. Submissions via email are counted as late, and this includes assignments emailed on the due date. For each 24-hour period that passes after the initial deadline (9:30am of the due date), an additional day will be added when calculating the penalty for late submission. For example, if an assignment is due on Thursday in class, an assignment emailed to the GSI at 11:00am on Friday will count as two days late."

October 23, 2008  We are putting a password protection on the assigned readings page. Your username is your email address in BearFacts, and your password is your student ID number.

October 29, 2008  The 2008 Mid-Term Grades are now available.

November 25, 2008  The review session for the final will be held December 10, 2008 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm in Valley Life Sciences Building room 2040.

December 3, 2008  The final exam will be held Tuesday December 16, 2008 from 8:00am to 11:00am in Lewis room 100.

December 9, 2008  Paul will hold regular and extra office hours this week: (Thursday, Dec. 11, 1-3pm) and (Friday, Dec. 12, 10am-12noon), both in Giannnini Library.

December 9, 2008  Students are welcome to pick up all graded materials, including Homework Exercise 5, from their GSIs during office hours this week.
