Description:
This course applies microeconomic theory to analyze the economics of the
U.S. food and agricultural market and government policies
on the production and consumption of food, agricultural products,
human nutrition, and the environment.
Three hours of lecture per week. Prerequisites: EEP 100 or Economics 100A
or 101A.
