Anti-Viral Software

The University licenses Norton AntiVirus software for use by UC Berkeley faculty, staff and students. You should make sure you have installed the most recent version of this anti-viral software on computers both in your office and in your home. Once the software has been installed, you must also make sure that it is periodically updated with new virus definitions -- having the software installed but running with outdated definitions files is practically as bad as not having any anti-viral software installed at all.
