-Drive shaker to and among trees. Operates shaker properly to minimize damage to trees and fruit loss on ground. -Performs daily inspections and preventative maintenance of shaker. Examines machine for evidence of needed repair. Fills shaker fuel tanks and hydraulic fluid tanks. Compiles list of parts and repairs needed and gives list to supervisor. -Monitors shaker during operation to anticipate needed adjustments or repairs -In event of breakdown, immediately identifies problem and begins to repair machine with tools and welding equipment supplied in orchard. |
