    • Statewide newsletter of the APMP, published 1991-99.  All issues are available in pdf format (read with Adobe Acrobat), and all individual articles are available html files.
  • Agricultural Personnel Management Newsletter
    • Published in Fresno County by Steve Sutter through May 2000, presented timely information on labor laws and regulations, worker health and safety, financial matters related to employment, and other personnel management issues. About eight issues per year, most on-line at this site.  Successor publication is Steve's AgBusnet list.

    • Regional newsletter published 7/97-4/98  by former Farm Advisor Brian Linhardt in Butte County examined farm labor and agribusiness issues especially pertinent to northern California agriculture.
  • Ag Help Wanted: Guidelines for Managing Agricultural Labor
    • Book and companion website by H.R. Rosenberg, R. Carkner, J.P. Hewlett, L. Owen, T. Teegerstrom, J.E. Tranel, and R.R. Weigel. Published 2002 by the Western Farm Management Extension Committee.
  • Who Works on California Farms?
    • This report analyzes demographic and employment data from the 1995-97 National Agricultural Workers Survey conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor. Selected findings are highlighted in a news release, and the full report in print, ANR Publication 21583, can be obtained from UC-DANR Communication Services-Publications, e-mail danrcs@ucdavis.edu, phone 800/994-8849.  A pdf file copy of the full publication is now available for download here (2.5MB).
