The Agricultural Labor Relations Board compiles a voluminous Case Digest that presents key interpretations and precedents established by decisions in previous cases.  This page is a gateway to the entire online ALRB Case Digest (though developed from ALRB source files, it is not an official document).  Click here to go right to the bar of links at page bottom.

Text of the original digest is organized under many topic-subsections, within six major sections, respectively on (1) ALRB Operations, Jurisdiction, and Authority; (2) Parties Affected by the ALRA; (3) Elections and Questions Concerning Representation; (4) Unfair Labor Practice Issues; (5) ALRA in The Courts: Preliminary Relief; Review of Decisions, and Enforcement of Orders; and (6) General Legal Principles.   This online version preserves the section structure of the text, though sequential subsections are further grouped in numerous html files of browser-friendly size.
